Patient Not Seen in Last 3 Years

Where a patient requests an appointment and has not been seen by a GP or attended a clinic at this practice in the 3 years prior to their request and where the patient is between 16 and 75 years of age, the GP will provide a consultation, in the course of which any inquiries and examinations that the GP feels are relevant will be carried out.

Patients who are 75 years and over and have not been seen in the 12 months prior to their requested appointment, the above conditions will apply.
