COVID VACCINATION

Maples Family Medical Practice has commenced the Covid-19 vaccination programme on 15th Jan 2021. Our surgery staff will now devote significant time and resources towards vaccinating our patient population. Hence please do bear with us whilst other services take a lesser priority.

The practice is now booking patients for their vaccination appointment. We will contact you directly regarding this.
